American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She began her career with support roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played the role as reporter Willa McPherson on the FX series Dirt. Also, she played an important role in FX's short-lived show The Ex List. In FX's first season of American Horror Story, she played Moira O'Hara's child character. She then played Kaylee in the third season. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead as well as Sophie on the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices characters in Family Guy's animated comedy. Since her appearance in 2019, she has been starring as Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge resided in Darien, Connecticut, until 10 years old when she and her mother moved to California. moved around for a year before finally settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 when she began taking an interest in photography, acting and singing. Breckenridge moved back to Los Angeles with the help from her mother around the age of 15.
