Andressa Urach

Just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a romantic relationship with Tiago Costa. The couple lived together for three months, after they began dating. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19th May, 2005) was the sole child of the couple. After a series of marital disputes, the couple divorced in 2008 after spending six years together. Andressa later moved into her mother's residence with the child. Within six months, Urach lost her employment and had to leave her child in the care of his father. Her main goal was to find a happier life within Sao Paulo. Andressa Urach claims in her memoir Morri Para Viver that she was abused sexually from 2-8 years old by her foster grandpa. Andressa was only able to rid herself of the trauma due to her foster mother's arrest of Andressa for the crime. Andressa moved back to stay with her mother, and she didn't know anything about it until Andressa released her book. She said that before she experienced a spiritual awakening, it was difficult to accept the forgiveness of her abuser. My decision was one of the hardest decisions I've made in my life. I addressed my former lover who I had physically abused by. Not an easy task. After many prayer symphonies and fasting, I proclaimed on the phone that I forgave him, and even though I was not in any way guilty, I did ask for forgiveness. It was just a simple request. I did not justify my actions. In an interview with Globo Mariste Urach tells how she was reacted after finding out about the abuse suffered from her child. She traveled in order to exact revenge against the sexual predator who dwells in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
