Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly, is famous for his unique style of rappers. Baker was born in Houston, Texas on April 22 in 1990 to an German as well as an English Scottish family. The first few years of his life, Baker traveled extensively with both their missionary parents. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployment as did his mom Sonia Alane left them when he was nine. Baker's father emigrated along with Baker to Denver and the family lived at the aunt of his father. Baker's inability to pay for school was the cause for the bullying of children who were around him. He began listening to rap when he was in the sixth class. Colson Kelly Baker was born on 22 April, 1990 in Texas, United States. His music is a fusion of modern, alternative hip-hop along with rock. Baker has recorded four mixtapes during the years between 2007 and 2010 prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. The Cleveland rapper who penned songs at the speed of a bullet speeding through the air experienced an explosive rise when, in 2011, he made the switch from self-released tracks to well-known labels. In the following years, every album he released came in at #10 on the chart.
